This Satisfaction Guarantee and Money-Back Terms and Conditions ("Terms") outline the terms of the satisfaction guarantee and money-back policy ("Guarantee") offered by Enbacci ("Company," "We," "Our," or "Us") for the Enbacci Age Revitalising Eye Defence product. By purchasing the Age Revitalising Eye Defence, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before making a purchase.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee:
We are committed to your satisfaction with our Age Revitalising Eye Defence product. If after 14 days of consecutive use twice daily, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund in accordance with the terms outlined below.

2. Eligibility for a Refund:
To be eligible for a refund under this Guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
- You must have used the Age Revitalising Eye Defence for a continuous period of 14 days, applying it twice daily, as directed.
- The request for a refund must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The refund request must be submitted to our customer support team via customerservice@enbacci.com. Time-stamped before and after images must accompany the refund request.

3. Refund Process:
- Upon receiving your refund request, we will review it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
- If your request is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment.
- Refunds will be issued within 10 business days from the date your request is approved.

4. Exceptions:
This Guarantee does not cover:
- Products damaged by misuse, abuse, or improper handling.
- Refund requests for change of mind purchases.
