Enbacci products have been formulated for all skin types and with sensitive skin types in mind. However, we cannot guarantee that you won't have a reaction or irritation as everyone is different. We therefore recommend that you patch test products if you have not used them before.

All of Enbacci's products are unisex so can be used by all genders.

Whilst we sometimes use naturally derived and organically grown ingredients, we don't like to say our products are natural or organic. These are two very heavily exaggerated words in the cosmetic and personal care industry.

Take it from us, if we were truely selling you natural and organic products, your products would not last two week in the fridge and we would have a completely different business model.

All of the products can be used up to 12 months after opening.

No. Enbacci prides itself in producing animal cruelty free products. We have been certified by Choose Cruelty Free. However, with the recent merger of CCF and the Leaping Bunny Program, you will no longer see our name in the list of accredited brands as we decided not to have ourselves accredited at this point in time.

All of Enbacci's products are manufactured in Australia.

Yes. In fact, we encourage our clients to recycle their packaging when they have finished with their products. Please clean your empty bottles and tubes before placing them in the recycling bin. Bottle and tube caps (silver lids) may be dropped off at a TerraCycle collection point for recycling.
