Subscription Policy

Welcome to Enbacci Skincare. This Subscription Policy outlines the terms and conditions that govern your subscription to Enbacci products via our website (www.enbacci.com). By subscribing, you agree to the terms set forth below, as well as our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced therein.


1. Subscription Overview

Our subscription service allows you to receive your favourite Enbacci products on a recurring basis at your chosen frequency. This is a convenient way to ensure you never run out of your skincare essentials and enjoy exclusive benefits.

Benefits of subscribing:

  • Up to 10% off subscription orders

  • Flexibility to pause, skip, or cancel anytime


2. Subscription Frequency & Customisation

When subscribing, you can choose from the following delivery frequencies:

  • Every 3 months

  • Every 6 months

You may update your delivery frequency, change products, or modify quantities at any time by logging into your Enbacci account.


3. Billing and Payment

3.1 Payment Method

You must provide a valid credit/debit card or PayPal account at the time of subscription. Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment provider.

3.2 Recurring Charges

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorise Enbacci to automatically charge your chosen payment method at the interval selected. Charges will be made on the day of shipment unless otherwise notified.

3.3 Price Changes

If the price of a product increases, we will notify you via email at least 14 days in advance. You may cancel or modify your subscription prior to the next billing cycle.


4. Order Management

4.1 Account Access

You can manage your subscription via your Enbacci customer account. Here you can:

  • Update your shipping or billing details

  • Modify product selections or quantities

  • Change the delivery schedule

  • Skip an upcoming order

  • Cancel the subscription

4.2 Order Reminders

We will send an email reminder 3–5 days before each scheduled shipment to allow time for adjustments.


5. Cancellations & Pauses

You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time after your second order has been fulfilled, provided it is before the next billing date. No cancellation fees or penalties apply.

If a payment has already been processed, the cancellation will take effect for the following cycle.


6. Returns & Refunds

Subscription orders are eligible for return under our standard Returns Policy, provided the item is unopened, unused, and returned within 14 days of delivery.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.


7. Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  • You will receive an email notification to update your payment method.

  • We will retry the payment up to three times within a 7-day period.

  • If the issue is not resolved, the subscription may be suspended or cancelled.


8. Shipping

  • Australian Customers: Free shipping for all orders $99+. A standard flat rate of $10 applies for all other orders.

  • International Customers: Standard shipping rates apply and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Subscription orders are shipped via Australia Post or equivalent carriers.
