Milia

White, pearl like nodules trapped above the skin's surface that are covered with a layer of dead cells. They are commonly found on the fine skins of the cheek and eye area.
Milia may occur for several reasons however, most commonly, it may be associated with the use of heavy creams loaded with emollients for treating dry, dehydrated skin. Sebum becomes trapped under the epidermis due to the follicle opening being overgrown with stratum corneum.
